Vickery Advisory Professional Corporation was born out Ben's desire to bring his decade plus experience at several of the world's leading law firms to founders, business owners, investors, and small and medium sized businesses.

Ben believes in long-term relationships and true partnerships. He is selective in the matters he takes on and the clients he does business with.

About Ben.

Ben Adelson has 10+ years of experience in private equity and M&A deal execution. Prior to Vickery Advisory Professional Corporation, he was a Partner in Kirkland & Ellis' corporate group in Dallas, where he represented private equity funds, their portfolio companies, founders, start-ups and public companies on their acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters.

Prior to Kirkland, Ben was a Senior Associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges' private equity group in New York City and before that he was an Associate in Blake, Cassels & Graydon's business law group in Toronto.

When he is not practicing law, Ben loves to 3-putt, chase his kids around the house, listen to country music and beat native Texans in chili competitions.
